BROOKLINE — Frederick’s Pastries has been an institution around here for three decades, supplying cakes, French éclairs, teacakes, cannolies, rum balls, and Lozier’s Pecan Diamonds. But Frederick Lozier, the iconic founder, is no longer the proprietor.
