What began with a desire to promote the beauty and diversity of historical Turkey Red wheat and a need to supply long, golden strands of straw for wheat weavers developed into a promising food niche. The wheat heritage of Kansas was founded by Russian Mennonite Immigrants in 1874. 

Harvest Lark seeks to transform the convenience food marketplace by bringing the right cereal-based convenient food to the right consumers for maximum nutritional benefits.
