Wash and drain the chicken breasts. Sprinkle them with garlic salt. Spray the skillet with Pam or other non-stick spray. Place the chicken breasts in the hot pan. Cover for 8 minutes. Turn them over and replace the lid. Reduce to simmer and cook 12 more minutes.
