This tea comes from high quality green tea grown in China. Jasmines are flowers with an intense aroma. Jasmine green tea has a smooth taste with a delicate and pleasing flavor and a heavenly jasmine aroma. 

Spring fresh green tea is layered between early spring jasmine blossoms. Slightly warmer air is passed through the layers of blossoms and tea. Following this process some of the Jasmine flowers and petals are blended into the tea to enhance the flavor. This tea is from the Fujian Province in China. 

Recommended for ice tea. Place 5 tsps into a heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 1/4 cups freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the the tea into a pitcher straining the leaves. Add ice and top up with cold water. 

the handle is straight with decorative band in the middle. The length of the piece is 12" and the spoon head is aprox 3" in diameter.
