This is the most often used knife in the kitchen. It is used primarily for dicing and chopping. It usually is 8 to 12 inches long and has a triangular-shaped blade. The blade is wide at the handle end and narrow to a point at the tip. 

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine soup, milk and pepper in 8 x 8-inch baking dish; mix well. Stir in beans and 1/2 of onions. Bake 10-minutes, stir and Sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 5-minutes or until hot and onions are golden. 

Slice a thin slice from the base of each endive. Rinse well. Cut each in half and remove core and a few inner leaves to make "boat" shapes. Place halves carefully in a large, flat, ovenproof casserole. 

Preheat oven to 400°. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet on top of the stove. Place fish in skillet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Turn when underside is golden and place in oven for about 5-minutes. Serve with Jasmine Rice and Lobster Sauce. 

Mix 1-teaspoon each of prepared mustard and curry powder to a paste by adding a little Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Stir the paste into 4-tablespoons of softened butter. Spread mixture on the upper side of thin crackers and place in hot oven 400° 3 to 4-minutes.
